- According to the above, in the case of replacing the wall 「2 to 4 sides + ceiling」, we will replace 1 of them free of charge.
- It is also possible to select different wallpaper types for different surfaces. In that case, 2,200 yen (including tax) will be added to the above fee.
- You will be charged a fee for changing the wallpaper of your room during your stay.
About Plus Option
- "Plus Option" is a paid optional service of "my DIY". It is a service that allows you to change from the second side to the entire surface for a fee in my DIY (one side is free).
About my DIY
"my DIY" is limited to properties.
- This service is available to those who have newly signed a lease contract under the regular lease plan. (Except for corporate contracts)
- Cannot be used together with any other campaigns or discounts.
- It will take about 9 days from the order date to move-in, as the order will be placed after the full payment of the contract fee.
- Regarding "my DIY", if you cancel within 2 years from the move-in date, you will be charged a penalty equivalent to one month's rent.
- The wallpaper on the website, catalog, and pamphlet may differ from the actual wallpaper in design and color.
