If you are using Microsoft Teams

STEP 01

Please click the URL of the e-mail sent from the store on the date and time you set in advance for the consultation

STEP 02

When Teams opens in your browser, click on your preferred access method - we recommend "Join in your browser"

STEP 03

Once you have selected your browser, enter your name and click "Join Now". When you see the faces of our store staff on the screen, you are ready to go

Smartphones, tablets

STEP 01

Download and install Microsoft Teams from the App Store and Google Play stores

STEP 02

Tap the URL in the email sent by the store on the scheduled date and time of your consultation.

STEP 03

The application will launch. Enter your name and tap Join Meeting
When the store staff's face appears on the screen, you are ready to go

If you are using FaceTime

PC, Smartphone, Tablet

FaceTime is installed on iOS PCs, smartphones, and tablets. Our store staff will contact you via FaceTime on the scheduled consultation date and time.

If you have any questions or problems with the specifications of Microsoft Teams or Facetime, please contact the application providers directly
When using video calls, communications occur. If you have a pay-as-you-go telecommunications service or an internet line and plan with a limit on communication charges, please be aware of the amount of communication
Depending on the connection speed and application settings, video call quality may be degraded. For stable image quality, we recommend using the application with a Wi-Fi
There may be restrictions on the use of the application depending on the operating environment, such as the device and version used
