Online contract explanation
Once you have decided on a property, enter the required information online. After the contract-related documents arrive at your home, we will explain important matters through a video call, as well as confirm, fill in, and seal the contract documents.
Key handover
Deliver keys by mail
No need to visit the store
Keys for the contracted apartment will be handed over at the Leopalace Center or Leopalace Partners office in charge, or via postal mail or email.
- A contract must be signed at least 5 days before the move-in date, and an application for this service must be made at the time of the contract. Even if you apply after the contract is concluded, we will not be able to respond.
Preparing for online consultation, viewing, and contract
Online services that do not require a visit will be performed using "Microsoft Teams" . Please prepare your device (PC, smartphone, tablet).
