If you have any inquiries regarding violations of manners such as smoking in the common passage,throwing away butts or littering, please contact us through the "Inquiry Form" or contact the Service Center.

At the Leopalace Service Center or the local management center, we will check the situation and take actions based on information received from customers.

We will consult with you about how to deal with the problem when making an inquiry. If you have any requests, please consult the reception staff.
