Based on lease contract, it is expenses to consign part of the financial obligation by the lessee to Plaza Leasing Management Guarantee Co.

In the case of lease agreement(Ordinary rental plan) with individual contract, it is necessary to sign consignment guarantee contract with Plaza Leasing Management Guarantee Co.

※When signing contract, you will be charged to pay 100% to 120% of 1 month rent as consingment guarantee money.

Can I refund the consignment guarantee money?
