We describe a procedure for completing move-out notification form which will be required to cancel your contract.

Please make sure to complete necessary information in Japanese.

  1. The date you completed the form (Move-out notification date will be the date of postmark.)

  2. The date you vacate your room. This date will also be a room inspection date.

  3. Please complete the form.
※On the occasion of room inspection, attendance of contractor will be required.
※Please contact us by phone to fix a time for a room inspection at least one week prior to your move-out date.
※Please empty your room by the time of room inspection.

At a room inspection, the following will be required:

・Return of room keys
・Payment of rent and cleaning fee etc.
・Filling in necessary papers
