This service is for collecting bicycles you no longer need when you leave the apartment.

※This service is available only for those who have applied for moving out in the following areas.
※We will send you a "Request for Pickup" and a "Seal for Marks" that will be affixed to your bicycle when applying for this service.

Osaka, Wakayama, Kyoto, Shiga, Nara, Mie, Aichi, Gifu, Hyogo, Fukui (Ohama City, Ooi-gun only)

※If you wish to use the above services after leaving the room, please contact us via the "Inquiry Form" or call the Service Center.

※Customers outside the service area are kindly requested to arrange for disposal on their own.
