Before your inquiry, please wipe off the floor, and check the following possibilities:

  • Dew condensation water from the toilet bowl (especially during winter time)
  • Splash after washing your hands
  • Urine splashing on the floor

Depending on the cases, you can stop the leak temporarily. (Please refer to the following pictures.)
