If you would like to change the lighting, we apologize for any inconvenience, but the customers are able to change the lighting.

There is no problem even if you exchange it for the lighting fixture you prepared.
Please kepp the removed light fixtures in the room and return them to their original condition when leaving the room.


For the following types of lighting, the socket(socket) is for bulbs.


When replacing the bulb, installing 60w bulbs etc. may cause it to be sightly dark, so we recommend installing the following compliant lamp.

※If you like, you can exchange it for a bulb type fluorescent lamp of "day white color" or "daylight color".
※We recoomend a type of sealable type or a type that can also be used for moistureproof and rainproof equipment.
Regarding how to remove the lighting cover, please confirm here.
※For light bulbs and fluorescent lamps within 1 month after moving in, or those who subscribe to the life support service "plus" · support system "plus", we will exchange it free of charge.
