When should I apply for moving out of the apartment?
Please apply until one month before the day of room check at the latest (the day you leave the room). more

Can I apply to move-out over the Internet?
It's available to apply for move-out from the MYPAGE with a LEONET User ID and Password.※Only the customers with individual contracts for Membership contract(会員制契約), Monthly Paid System contract(月払いシステム契約) and Long Term Chintai contract(賃貸契約) can apply.Customers with fixed-term lease contracts (定期借家契約) (monthly paid system contracts月払いシステム契約), please refer here to complete the procedure.
